Founding and leading a proprietary AI laboratory focused on developing B2B and B2C products based on LLM and semantic models. Managing the full development and commercialization cycle.

- Generated revenue of over 4,000,000 KZT in the first few months by executing custom automation, education, and marketing projects via exchanges and Reddit. Implemented proprietary projects.

- Achieved savings of approximately 50,000,000 KZT by implementing cost-effective and efficient solutions in network security (OPNsense instead of expensive commercial firewalls) and utilizing Mikrotik for remote offices.
- Created a fault-tolerant and secure network infrastructure, connecting remote offices to the Cisco core via IPSec tunneling.
- Reformed the IT department, transforming it from a mere support unit into a center generating business value (Business Value IT).
