Aru Ai Laboratory (Aru-Lab) - Engineering Approach and Management Expertise
Aru-Lab is a technology laboratory where applied AI research is transformed into practical business tools.
Since 2017, I have been studying neural networks and machine learning. However, Aru-Lab is more than just development. The company's foundation is my experience in leadership positions in public administration and large businesses. I understand not only the code but also how budgets, processes, and people management are structured.
My Role: Developer and CTO
I act in two capacities: as an engineer-architect of complex systems and as a Fractional CTO.
My expertise allows me not only to create products from scratch but also to reform existing IT structures. I know how to transform a fragmented team of programmers into an effective, results-oriented team, and how to build an infrastructure that doesn't fail.

Turnkey product creation using a hybrid development method (Manual code + AI).
Telegram Ecosystems: Development of not only classic bots but also full-fledged Telegram Mini Apps. Stores, booking services, media platforms, and complex interfaces within the messenger (portfolio — over 60 projects).
AI Systems and Assistants: Creation of custom solutions based on LLM (language models) for business. Smart support assistants, text analysis, content generation, and routine automation.
Data Analytics and Visualization: Building Business Intelligence (BI) systems. Collection, cleaning, and clear visualization of data for management decision-making.
2. Management & Infrastructure (Management & CTO)
Services for companies that need order in IT and a clear strategy.
CTO Services (Chief Technology Officer): Audit, reformation, or creation of IT departments from scratch for specific business objectives. Hiring, onboarding, establishing development and reporting processes.
IT Infrastructure and Provisioning: Design and improvement of company architecture. Selection and configuration of both software (Soft) and server/hardware (Hard) equipment for fault-tolerant operation.
Strategic AI Implementation: Integration of artificial intelligence into all areas of enterprise activity. Not for hype, but for effective problem-solving: cost reduction, accelerating application processing, or eliminating human error.
Work Methodology
I use my own refined algorithms in conjunction with advanced AI coding tools. This allows tasks to be solved many times faster than traditional development, while maintaining strict quality control, clean code, and transparency for the client.
